About Prayer Times in Pakistan

Pakistan predominantly follows the Hanafi madhhab, and the widely-used Karachi (University of Islamic Sciences) calculation method sets Fajr at 18° and Isha at 18° below the horizon. Most mosques also apply the Hanafi Asr calculation (shadow length = 2× object length + midday shadow), which falls 30–45 minutes later than the Shafi'i method used in many Arab countries.

During Ramadan, Suhoor ends at Fajr and Iftar begins at Maghrib. The Qibla direction from Pakistan points roughly west — about 260–275° depending on your exact city. Azan Time calculates this precisely using your GPS and shows a live compass needle.
